About BBOX Maps

maps.bbox.earth is a collection of maps using the Equal Earth projection at world scale.

Map viewer

The map viewer is built with MapLibre GL JS using PMTiles for storing vector tiles.

Issues:

• If initial loading goes for more than 10 seconds, you're probably the first user in a CDN region triggering initial loading of the whole tileset.
• Report other issues on Github

• i: Show mouse position and zoom level information
